Shipping & Returns

🐕 1. Shipping Information

a. Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 3–7 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). Our membership boxes are shipped on a specific date each month.

You'll receive an email confirmation with tracking information once your order has shipped.

b. Shipping Methods

  • We currently ship within the continental United States using trusted carriers.
  • Perishable items are packed with care to maintain freshness during transit.
  • Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on order weight and destination.

c. Delivery Times

  • Delivery times vary depending on your location and chosen shipping method.
  • Please note that delays caused by weather, carrier issues, or holidays are outside our control.

d. In-Store Pickup

Orders placed for in-store pickup at 43 Rehoboth Ave, Rehoboth Beach, DE 19971 will be ready within 24–48 hours (you'll receive an email when your order is ready).

Please bring a copy of your order confirmation and a valid photo ID for pickup.

🍦 2. Refunds and Replacements

Because our ice cream and treats are perishable, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges on food products once they've been open. However, your satisfaction is our top priority — if something isn't right, please contact us.

We offer refunds or replacements in the following situations:

  • Your order arrives damaged, or incorrect
  • You receive the wrong item
  • Your shipment is lost in transit (after verification with the carrier)

To qualify for a refund or replacement:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order at info@saltypawsicecream.com
  • Include your order number and clear photos of the product and packaging

We'll review your request promptly and, if approved, issue a replacement or refund to your original payment method.

📦 3. Non-Refundable Items

The following items are non-refundable:

  • Opened or partially used products
  • Gift cards or promotional items
  • Sale or clearance products

🐾 4. Order Changes and Cancellations

  • Orders may be canceled or modified within 24 hours of placement if they have not yet been processed.
  • Once an order is prepared or shipped, it cannot be canceled or changed.

To request a change, please email info@saltypawsicecream.com with your order number as soon as possible.

🚚 5. Shipping Delays and Responsibility

While we do our best to ensure timely delivery, Salty Paws Ice Cream is not responsible for:

  • Delays caused by carriers, weather, or incorrect addresses
  • Packages marked as "delivered" by the carrier but not received (please contact your local carrier office)

We'll always do our best to help resolve delivery issues whenever possible.
